You can delete your Guan Dan Cards account and personal data at any time, from the Android app or the website. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
1. Open Guan Dan Cards and tap your profile. 2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. 3. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.
No longer have the app? Sign in at https://www.guandan.cards/profile with the same account (email or Google), then follow the same steps.
- Email address, display name, profile picture and password - Google sign-in link - Sessions and push notification tokens - Your recorded voice and the voice clips made from it - Friends and referrals - Feedback you sent and game share links you created - Developer API keys and benchmark results - Season ratings and campaign progress, so you no longer appear on leaderboards Analytics events linked to you lose your account, device, IP address and city, and are kept only as anonymous counts.
Finished games, including the moves played, are kept so other players' match history and replays stay complete. Your seat in those games shows as "Deleted player" with no name, picture or link back to you. You can sign up again later with the same email, as a new account.
If you can no longer sign in, send a request with the Feedback button on the home page at https://www.guandan.cards. Include the email address of the account. We will confirm the address belongs to you and delete the account within 30 days.
